1- Will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality when managed for administrative reasons, so as to be able to reply.

2- Implies the acceptance of this privacy policy, and gives BASKME authorization to treat the personal data provided.

3- The data will be treated using suitable security levels in agreement with the legislation in force regarding personal data protection, and by taking the relevant security measures, both technical and organizational so as to avoid their alteration, loss, non-authorized treatment or access, having taken into account the state of technology, so as to comply with the obligation to keep it secret, and so guarantee its confidentiality.

4- BASKME assumes that the data has been introduced by the owner, or by their authorized agent, and are accurate and exact. A User providing personal data is responsible for its accuracy.
