We will leave the lush, green rolling hills of the Basque Country behind and after a scenic drive of 1,5h approx. we will get to our first stop of the day the Railway Station District in Haro. It is a district where great wines have been made from the middle of the 19th century to the 21st century preserving their essence, keeping their magic. Our Winery Hopping sessions offer a selection from the wide range that Rioja produces; from traditional to more modern styles and signature wines, lesser-known wines that are proud not to be listed but highly praised by locals. We will get to 3 wineries, from Classical Rioja wineries to small boutique family owned ones, hopping into their wine bars, to taste the best wines of each winery.

For lunchtime, we will head to a local restaurant to savour a tasting menu, a three-course meal including wine of course! After lunch we will visit the charming town of Laguardia, a small picturesque town that is somewhat unreal, as from a fairy tale, with its narrow cobbled streets, with its ancient walls and with that medieval touch of distinction that fascinates travellers so much. Before coming back we will take you to get external views and photo opportunities of the unique architecture wineries as Marques del Riscal & Ysios.
